My stay at Riu Palace Jamaica had its ups and downs. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short transfer from the airport. However, the noise from planes was a consistent disturbance. While the staff provided excellent service and were always friendly, the overall facilities and cleanliness left something to be desired.

My stay at Riu Palace Jamaica was nothing short of amazing! I loved how clean and neat everything was, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lively entertainment, especially the synchronized swimmers I saw one night, added so much fun to my evenings. However, I did experience a bit of frustration with the restaurant seating as we waited over an hour one night for a table. Overall, it was a refreshing vacation! 🌴😄
